  • Your payment will be handled exclusively by PayPal or Barclays; this is dependent on the payment option you select.

  • On checkout, you will be transferred to the Barclays or PayPal's secure website to make your payment.

  • The payment will only be deducted from your account at the point the processing of your order begins.

  • Please note that no payment details whatsoever are collected, held or accessible by AfriCarr Emart. Please refer to PayPal's privacy policy here




We aim to make most deliveries between 48-72 hours after an order is received. Subject to stock status and the receipt of your order before 12 noon, your order will be delivered per the delivery option chosen on checkout. 

An email notification will be sent to you to confirm the delivery details so that arrangements can be made to receive the order. A signature will be required on delivery. Please read through the delivery information on the website for further details.




All products will be dispatched to you on completion of an in-house product quality check as far as the packaging permits. In the unlikely event that an item reaches you in an unsatisfactory condition, please inform us via email at with some information on your reason for the intended return.

We will ask you to return the item(s) with the proof of postage cost to you.

We are unable to accept the return of any consumable product for any reason other than stated above.


For hair and skin products, please inform us via email as detailed above; we would respond with details on how you can proceed with your return. 

It is of absolute importance that you notify us of  your intention to return an item(s) to within 7 days of receipt. Returned goods must be unused and unopened in a saleable condition and in their original packaging. On receipt, we will process a refund for the item(s) as well as the postage cost to your payment card or send you a replacement if requested. Items must be returned and received by us within 21 days from day of purchase to qualify for a refund.


Please note that all complete orders (excluding faulty goods) returned for a refund will incur a £2.99 re-stocking charge. However, we are unable to accept returns of certain products including hair extensions and wigs for hygiene reasons.

Please note that all queries relating to calling cards should be directed to the manufacturer's customer service number which will be provided to you when your card is ordered. We are unable to process any refunds for calling cards.



In order to use a coupon, you may be required to be a registered customer. Coupons will be applied at checkout and are usually only applicable for certain periods of time, on certain product categories or as otherwise specified. Coupon discounts are not valid for phone cards.
