African Sun Ukazi leaves
Ukazi leaves are also referred to as Okazi or Afang leaves. They are used in the preparation of Afang soup which consists of dried fish and prawns, meats, palm oil, chilli peppers amongst other ingredients. Usually served with Fufu or pounded yam.
