Order & Delivery Information

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible; Different delivery options are available to ensure that your order gets to you as quickly as possible and also when convenient.

In order to ensure that you can take delivery of your order, please select an option that fits your schedule as all orders require a signature on delivery.

Deliveries will be made Monday- Friday usually between 9am and 6pm. Saturday delivery is available by Royal Mail for low-weight orders.

Please note that NEXT DAY delivery is only available in the U.K for non-food items to certain destinations only; If an order consists of both food and non-food items, then this option becomes unavailable except where specified. 

An order placed on Friday for NEXT Day delivery will be delivered on Monday. All orders placed at the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Please note that all delivery charges are inclusive of VAT and packaging.

Free Delivery:

This is available to all U.K orders over £75* with a maximum weight of 20kg; If an order is over 20kg, the free delivery will only apply to the first parcel weighing 20kg. Any subsequent parcels belonging to the same customer will be charged. Delivery will be made between 3-6 days.

We may also elect to deliver an order free of charge as a seasonal offer or as a reward for your loyalty to AfriCarr.

This is a new and convenient parcel service offering delivery of your order to a neighbourhood store. If you are unsure of your schedule or would be unavailable to receive your order, we can send it to a local store in your neighbourhood from where it can be collected.

Please click this link to check there is a Collect+ store that will be convenient for you to collect your order from  before selecting this option.


Calling Cards:

There is no delivery cost for calling cards as cards details are sent electronically to email and never by post. Please check-out as normal ensuring you provide the email address you would like to receive the calling card details in. If you experience any delay with the receipt of your card details, please check your 'Spam' inbox before contacting us.

Please note that if an order consists of a calling card as well as other items, then a delivery charge will apply although your card details will be sent by email as usual.

Sometimes it may be necessary to verify your payment and contact details. In those instances the calling card details will only be sent once the details you provide have been successfully verified.



EU orders:

  • 5 - 9 Days (Standard)

We offer a flat-rate shipping cost to European Union destinations based on the zone your country is categorised into as well as the delivery option you choose. Charges are for orders with a total weight up to 30kg.

Non-EU (Worldwide):

Please contact us for shipping time and cost.

Please note that notifications by email and/or SMS will be sent to inform you of the despatch of your order as well as the day of delivery to ensure that you are available to sign for and receive the order.


Once your order has been placed, you will get an immediate notification of our receipt of your order. We will send status updates to inform you of the progress of your order. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we may contact you to offer you a substitute product.

Failed Deliveries

We will track all orders until they have been successfully delivered to you. If you are unavailable at the time a delivery attempt is made at your address, we will immediately notify you by email. Our email will contain yourorder's tracking details, the tracking website as well as a contact number so that you may contact the courier to arrange the delivery of your parcel for a time more suitable to you. Alternatively, you may instruct them to deliver to a different address such as a neighbour who will be happy to receive and sign for the parcel on your behalf.

Whilst we will continue tracking the order and sending you further emails to ensure you retrieve your parcel on time, the responsibility of re-arranging a re-delivery lies with you. If the parcel is then returned to us after several failed delivery attempts, we will refund the value of your order less any delivery charges paid.
